Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilites

  • Life Science focus, marketing Esco scientific equipment in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Exciting international exposure opportunities, 40% overseas travel typical
  • Prospect, recruit, motivate, train and support regional distributors to achieve sales targets
  • Provide field support to distributors including joint sales calls, product demonstrations
  • Provide pricing, product selection, technical, logistics, order processing assistance to customers via email, phone and fax, working closely with Esco Customer Service, Logistics and Technical Support teams
  • Trade show / exhibition / training seminar planning, logistics, staffing and execution
  • Actively solicit and compile market feedback in order to identify new product opportunities
  • Career advancement opportunities include overseas job postings
  • Position reports directly to VP, International Sales

Requirements

  • Engineering or business graduates
  • Must have > 3 years of regional business development / sales experience
  • Singapore / Malaysian Citizens preferred
  • Good written and spoken English. Good written and spoken Chinese or Korean will be an advantage
  • Overseas study / work experience a significant plus
  • High energy, dynamic, communicative, sales oriented
