
Business Development Manager/Executive
Responsibilites
- Business Development for a portfolio of product(s) and/or
territories. Key deliverables would be top-line and contribution margin
growth over a multi-year period.
- Product marketing to support the above Business Development
objective(s). This includes managing the marketing mix, providing
sound, reasoned input into product pricing, distribution, promotion,
and the execution of corresponding activities which may include
customer education seminars, joint sales call with distributors,
sales/service training for distributors, and others. This also includes
responsibility for the conceptualization, execution, and distribution
of marketing collateral for the assigned product category, working with
the Esco Marketing Communications team.
- Function as the "go-to" person within and outside the
organization for the assigned product category and/or geographical
territory. This requires a high level of planning, organization,
communication and execution skills in order to pull together various
internal and external stakeholders to achieve the defined Business
Objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent planning, organization, communication and execution skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing and/or Business Development.
- Self-starter. Able to work as an intrapreneur to own and solve his/her own problems.
- Bachelors in any Business, Science and/or Engineering field.
- Demonstrated track record of personal and/or professional growth.
- Personality traits: confident yet humble and willing/eager to learn/grow.
- Committed to building a career/legacy with the company and in the biomedical field.
